We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — check back, or email [email protected] if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on US orders over $75. Below that, a flat $6.95 covers the whole order. No surprises at checkout. Prices are shown in USD.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery Time
Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, delivery estimates vary by item:
- Delivery is tracked end to end. Transit times vary by item and destination because items ship from different suppliers — your tracking link carries the live estimate from the moment your parcel is dispatched. typically your tracking link's live estimate after dispatch.
Some items may arrive separately if they ship from different suppliers. Don't worry if one part of your order arrives before another — the rest is on the way.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement, as carriers scan parcels at the first destination hub. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email [email protected].
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can often correct an address if you email us before your order ships. Once dispatched, we can't change it — and orders lost to an incorrect address provided by the customer can't be refunded.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Duties & Taxes
Shipping is within the US, so there are no import duties for domestic orders. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
